		<description><![CDATA[You should know why Mike Scott all of the sudden knew how to pitch!  He learned the split-finger fastball from Roger Craig(he was a pretty good running back also).  It seems that a lot of quality pitchers now use that same pitch.  Also Steve Yeager has another claim to fame by catchers.  In the 70&#039;s a broken bat cut into his neck and had to have surgery.  To prevent this from happening again, he invened a neck pretector that hangs down from the catchers mask. If you watch a game you can still see it used today.]]></description>
