My wife and I were at the Wal-Mart today just picking up some odds and ends. As we were about to checkout, I asked her to pick out a lucky pack of Artifacts. She has some great luck with her selections, yielding in the past 6 months 2 autographs and 2 relics. She picked pack number 5 on the blister rack and we went to pay. Walked out, gave the pack to her to open, and she finds this gem midway through. Let’s call this Wal-Mart mojo, or Wojo. At first I didn’t know who he was, but after a quick looksee on Baseball-Reference.com, I have learned that he is quite a closer and actually did very well this year for the A’s parent club going 1-2/2.41/1.01 in 18 games (18 innings). Just figured I’d let you know my wife had some luck here on deadline day.
