Why is these cards are must have?: Man Ram, what can I say? The gys is a Hall of Famer right now. He grinds up pitchers like sausage. He doesn’t just have a 0.300 lifetime average, he has a 0.l314. Think about how insane that is. When pitchers are routinly lighting up radar guns with +90 MPH pitches, he is turning and mashing each of them into the bleachers. He averages 0.314/41/133 a season AVERAGES that! I’m a die hard Yankee fan, and I hate the Red Sox like no other team and I am dying for the Yankees to sign him this off season. Are you kidding me the best teams can come up with is a 2 year deal? The gy has at least 4 left in him. He might even finish his career third on the list of career homers. He is THE best hitter in baseball right now. Better than Pujols, A-Rod, or Jeter. Forget the fact he will be 37 this guy is in phenominal shape and will continue to kill NL pitching. His career resume includes 2 WS rings, 12 All Star selections, 9 Silver Sluggers, a WS MVP, 9 time top 10 MVP finishes, he should finish with close to 3000 hits and close to 660 homers.
Scale of 1 – 10, how must have are these cards: 10, face it, he’s an amazing hitter, the best since Bonds. Don’t let his age fool you he still has it in him to crank some morehomers. His cards range from $4 – $25 in the book, but on eBay I have seen them run from $1 – $9 (more if garded). These cards are as must have as it gets.
