Player Name: Michael Jordan
Sets From: 1994 Collector’s Choice, SP Preview, SP Holoview, SP Die Cut Holoview, and Upper Deck
Card Numbers: 661, CR2, 16, 16 and 19
Why are these cards a must have?:Obviously it’s not for what he did in baseball. This is more of a gimmicky card to own. I put it on this list because, everyone should have at least one of his “Rookie Cards”. As you can see the SP versions are the nicest looking and a price tags of $15 (preview), $20 (holoview) and $200+ (die cut holoview) they are the most desired. He never did get past the Barrons and after a full season his numbers were 0.202/3/51/30. He retired shortly after the season. I can say that I’m impressed he hit as well as he did. Coming from another sport and don’t forget he was 31 at the time. He still managed to steal 30 bases (although got caught 18 times) and knock in 51 runs. Not too shabby.
On a scale of 1 – 10, how must have are these cards: 10, you have to have one of these cards since it is such an oddball card. The cards go for between $1.50 – $200 in the book, on eBay they are at $1 – $225. Anything from SP is what you should strive to own. The Holoview card would be my choice, which you can find on eBay for about $15 (ungraded).

Did you mean the Birmingham Barons?
Hey, I seen your site, I found my old Michael Jordan card, still in mint condition, i have number 661, it’s in a case, I was trying to sell it to the highest bidder, any takers? email me at requiem_of_darkness2002@yahoo.com
Wrong site to try and get a high bidder man.
How rare is the SP Die Cut Holoview? Why so expensive?
They were like one in 10 cases hits, they were really rare and tough to come by that’s why they are so expensive.
