Why go after this autograph: Angelo at one point was one of the fastest rising stars in the junior ranks. In 2007 he was projected to be drafted first overall, but he had a rough season that year, and dropped down to the Penguins in the middle of the first round in 2007. After his next season in the juniors, he numbers got worse and the Pens shipped him to the Thrashers in a deal that sent Hossa and DePuis to the Pens. This season he is actually on pace to match last season’s numbers, but reports are that he is playing better. I still think he’s going to make a great pro, but this upcoming season will be very important, it really will be his make or break season. What is strange about the autograph is that it’s more like an algebra equation than a signature.
