Here is a look at what I found in pack number 3:

Ivan DeJesus Jr. is a middle infield LA Dodgers prospect who is the son of former major leaguer with the same name. He is a spray hitter, with a projected statline of 0.290/8/50/20 when he makes it to the pros. He is 21 right now and in double A expect him in the majors by next season.
Chad Gross is an outfield prospect for the Yankees who just finished his first short season for the GCL Yankees. He had a rough season last year hitting only 0.238/2/20/5 in about 150 at bats. Coincidently he is also the son of a former major leaguer. Kevin Gross was his dad. He has the genes to be a baseball player, now let’s see if hecan grow into them.
Mike Lee is a pitching prospect for the Red Sox. The guy has good stuff, he can throw in the mid 90s, and struck out 128 hitters in 92 innings in college. In only 6 innings pitched last season he struck out 11 but had a ERA of around 12. Definitely a wait and see prospect.
Mitch Atkins is a pitching prospect for the Cubs. He was rated the 15th best prospect in the Cubs system. He was on an express ticket to the majors after last season’s 8-1/4.00/1.31 stint in Iowa. Then this season hit in Iowa and he has gone 2-5/8.44/1.60 in 9 starts. Looks like he has some more work to do before getting his cup of coffee.
Irony of ironies I get another Mitch Atkins, this one an emerald parallel numbered 2/50. Keep an eye out for this one when I give it away in one of my Monday drawings.
Pack Rating: 2.5/5.0 – Gross and DeJesus are pluses and the parallel is a half a plus.
Don’t like my rating, or have some info on any of these guys? Leave a comment and let me know what you think.

I don’t know why, but I’ve never liked minor league cards. Bowman has gotten ridiculous with prospect cards, but these packs tend to feature guys who can’t even be regarded THAT highly. On another note, minor league guys tend to be the best TTM signers, though it requires a bit of research to figure out where they’re assigned.
An okay pack, but I’m never a fan of getting two of the same guy in such a small pack. I just wish the parallel cards in this set were more distinctive.
