Chad Jenkins draft stock rise is a great story.  He went into college looking to use his baseball skills to get a 4 year degree, and leaves college with a degree and first round signing bonus dollars.  Somewhere along his road to an education he became a dominant pitcher.  He had two streaks in his senior year, a 41 inning scoreless streak and a 24 inning no walk streak.  Those are two streaks that scouts like.  His fastball hits low 90s, a mid 80s slider and a changeup that are all advanced pitches.
