The first pick the Dodgers had in this draft was in the supplemental round. Their first round pick went to the Diamondbacks for compensation of signing Orlando Hudson. So with the 36th pick in the draft the Dodgers selected Aaron Miller, the converted pitcher out of Baylor University. Baylor went through some tough times this season and among the injury turmoil the found a great pitcher in one of the outfielders. His command is outstanding, his fastball hits 95 MPH, and he has a plus slider. He’s a nice pick up for a dodger team that has suddenly got some strong minor league pitching.

Do you know Aaron, or ever seen him pitch? What do you think of his chances as a pro? Leave us a comment we would like to know.
