I’m just going to run these out in order. I hope you like them I tried getting a bit more fancy on the back, my hope is with the black border, it will make printing it on both sides easier. Let me know what you think of it. The set will have all the first round picks and every team’s first selection. First up is Matt Stafford, the supposed savior of the Lions. At least Matt Ryan had all the pieces he needed to win, Matt Stafford doesn’t. Besides a seemingly overated Calvin Johnson, and an unproven Kevin Smith in the backfield, this will be one long year for the Lions. Hopefully Dante Culpepper will win the starting job and Stafford won’t have to worry about having a miserable first season. As long as the Lions finish last again, they should get a solid first rounder in next year’s draft as well.
What kind of pro do you think Matt will be? Personally I hope he doesn’t start until 2010, but I know a lot of Lions fans want him starting now.
For Stafford he can just win one game and call it a success
Actually most Lions fans don’t want him to start because they are afraid that he will suck and get beat up then never be any good. That and many of us just don’t give a damn anymore after the debacle that was last season.
