WHEN I MAKE THE OUTLINE OF THE CARD AND DO WHAT YOU SAID FOR THE 2009 TOPPS T206 I GET A BLACK BORDER WHERE THE BLUE BORDER IS AND I GET A WHITE PICTURE AREA AND A BLACK BORDER WHAT SHOULD I DO.
