Why go after this autograph: Jon has had himself one heck of a season and he has to be considered for Minor League Player of the Year after the numbers he has put up. Currently he leads the minors in home runs and is on pace to slug between 38 – 40 of them this season. True he is in the California League which is known for some inflated hitting numbers, but Jon seems like the real deal. Plus I might be a tad biased since he did play for my alma mater at the University of Arizona. I look for an ETA of 2011 for Jon in the majors, hopefully getting through the minors with the Astros since they can really use them.
