Just got back from the Figgins signing at Costco. The line went around the whole store and then some. Got there at 10AM waited the whole time. No luck getting an Auto. The line only moved about 150 feet the whole time. I guess you got to get there super early.
Small turn out for the Cla Meredith Started 10 minutes early and was a great appearence got him to sign 2 8×10′s and 2 team postcards.
Get back from the Torii Hunter signing at Living Spaces, in Irvine. I got there at 5AM was the 6th person in line, he was 10 minutes late, signed a ball for me. I got back in line right away, the line was cut off right at 12PM, just behind me. About 20 people, who came late, where turned away. Hunter stayed till 1:15PM, got me a 2nd auto, and he signed for everyone in the line and the staff members. He didn’t have to. That was super sweet and classy thing for a superstar ballplayer to do! Thank you Torii!!!!!
thanks for the tip about the jack morris signing – it wasn’t on the twinkies site like the others. low turnout meant two cards and a twins issue oversized card auto’d for me!
Torii Hunter is a cool guy. Stayed and signed for everyone in line!
