I just wanted to let people out there know that I got my first patch in today, it was a Blue Jackets emblem. I decided to try to make a custom patch card. The design of the card is something I have been working on for a while now. It took lots of patience and a lot of common cards from the 80s, but I did it and I think it looks fairly decent. If you have a Blue Jacket player you want a custom patch of let me know and we can make a deal.

The back:

I went with Mike Commodore because he is an awesome through the mail signer and one of My wife and I’s favorite players.  Right now I have it drying in a penny sleeve but it should be good to hold soon.  Hope you like it.  For those of you who are sending me jerseys to work on, I will get cracking on the designs this weekend.  I am first going to work on patch cards, then work on the letter cards.

By the way the dust on the cards is from my scanner that desperately needs to be cleaned.

  1. Nice card! That’s a great design!

Not to nitpick, but I think the back of the card would look better with the current logo, not the one that hasn’t been used for a few years.
