How long does it take you to make a custom card? From Idea to finished product?

Some of the designs I have in my head before I start and for those it takes about 30 minutes to create. Sometimes though I amy struggle and take an hour or longer to come up with a design I like. One the designing is done I print them out, cut them out, make the appropriate cuts and assemble the card. That whole process takes about 10 minutes per card.

If they were real could you afford to buy them? I think there are a lot of us out there that want autos like this, but can’t have them due to funding issues. This is a cool way to at least have reprints of the autographs and display them in a fun way.
